ABOUT BTB RECRUITING SERVICE 

For many high school athletes, receiving an athletic scholarship and taking their skills to the next level is their ultimate goal. However, the college recruiting process can be a daunting task for young student athletes. Having someone with the appropriate experience and success of assisting numerous high school players can make this process less taxing. 

 

That’s where BTB Recruiting Services can help. Coach Jim Cantafio of SVS and Coach John Zima of Kick It have come together developed a three tier Recruiting Service for quarterbacks, wide receivers, kickers, and punters.

 

The most significant item that separates our recruiting process from all others is that we supervise the process from start to finish. We become your student athlete’s advocate as early as his sophomore year through his signing day of his senior year.

BTB Recruiting Service Options

 

BTB Recruiting Services provides options that will meet your family's needs and/or budget.

OPTION 1

 

Although this is the base level, Option 1 includes numerous services. 

 

We begin the program with an intensive evaluation program with the parents and recruit to help identify target schools. We provided input and help to determine the best schools. 

 

The next phase is to develop your son’s “branding statement”. The key to a successful recruiting process is the “self-promotion” of the  player.  We create a biography page on your son’s background which includes his outside activities, his academic achievements, potential major and his on the field accomplishments.

 

We move into supervising your son's out of season recruiting program. We start with developing a skills/practice video to illustrate his abilities. The video will focus on those key benchmarks that a college staffs evaluate. You can find examples of these videos HERE. 

 

Next, we will build out a summer clinic, camp and showcase schedule for him. We will help him to properly communicate with the interested coaching staffs during the initial phases. Throughout the recruiting process, and when called upon, we will give solid advice and assistance to you and your son.

 

PRICES

Quarterbacks: $1500 for initial year. $500 for subsequent years.

Wide Receivers and Kickers: $1000 for initial year. $500 for subsequent years.

OPTION 2

 

Option 2 includes all the services that Option 1 provides, plus Photo Coaching.

Quarterbacks: $1700 for initial year. $500 for subsequent years.

OPTION 3

 

Option 3 includes all the services that Option 2 provides, plus the Portfolio Service. 

 

What is the portfolio service?

 

One of the goals of Be The Best Recruiting Services is to get you or your player in front of college coaches. This can simply be done by reaching out to the coaches and have them watch you perform at a camp or clinic. However, we want to take it one step further in order to make sure college coaches have something to take with them to help them remember you.

 

That is where the Portfolio Service comes into play.

 

If you are a senior or junior who signs up for Option 3 of the Recruiting Service, we will prepare a professional portfolio for you that will be shared at all Spooky Nook camps, clinics, and showcases. The portfolio will include:

 

Professional portraits

Biography

High School coach’s testimonial

Action shots

DVD of highlights

 

These portfolios will be presented on Be The Best branded tables at recruiting events that will include a printed 8x10 photo of you or your player.  The objective is to have schools of interest take a copy for their file on prospects of interests.
